1. INTRODUCTION

These Official Rules govern the "Your Domain. Your Story" competition (the "Competition") operated by 123 Reg, Studio 4th Floor, Parts C&D At East West, Tollhouse Hill, Nottingham, England, NG1 5FW. By entering the Competition, you accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and 123 Reg’s Privacy Policy.

The Competition offers eligible participants the chance to win prizes by sharing their domain name, business name, and a brief description of their website.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Competition is open to 123 Reg domain holders in the United Kingdom only. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and legally resident in the UK. Employees of 123 Reg, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter. 123 Reg reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may request proof of identity, age, and domain ownership.

3. ENTRY METHOD

To enter the Competition, participants must comment on the designated competition posts with:

• Their domain name

• Their business name

• A brief description of their website

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Each entry must relate to a unique domain name and business name. Domain ownership will be verified by 123 Reg prior to awarding any prize. Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary to participate.

4. COMPETITION PERIOD

The Competition opens at 00:01 GMT on Monday, March 24, 2025. The Competition closes at 23:59 GMT on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

5. JUDGING CRITERIA AND WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected by a panel of judges comprising members of the 123 Reg team. Entries will be judged based on:

• Creativity and originality

• Effective use of the domain name

• Quality and impact of the website description

• Overall presentation

The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome. Winner selection will take place by Friday, April 25, 2025.

6. PRIZE DETAILS

The prizes for the Competition are:

• Main Winner: £250 Currys voucher

• Runner-up: £50 Currys voucher

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. 123 Reg reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if the advertised prizes become unavailable due to circumstances beyond 123 Reg's control. Prizes will be fulfilled within 14 days of winner notification.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date via the platform on which they entered. Winners must respond to the notification within 7 days, or an alternative winner may be selected. 123 Reg will make reasonable efforts to contact winners but is not responsible if contact cannot be established. A list of winners (surname and county only) will be available upon request from 123 Reg for 30 days after the closing date.

8. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

123 Reg reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Official Rules.

• Moderate all entries and reject any entry which, in its opinion, includes content that is offensive, inappropriate, or contrary to the spirit of the Competition.

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

By entering the Competition, entrants grant 123 Reg permission to use their entry content, domain name, business name, and website description for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 123 Reg may use entrants' personal information only for the purposes of administering this Competition and in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The Competition is governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. LIABILITY

123 Reg accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received for any reason. 123 Reg does not accept liability for any costs incurred by entrants in relation to the Competition. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes 123 Reg's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law.

10. DATA PROTECTION

Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purpose of this Competition and in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. Winners' surnames and counties may be published. Winners have the right to object to this by contacting 123 Reg.
